This form can be used by House Visiting Officers for General Election 2015 in Panchayaths in Kerala State.  They should furnish this report weekly

Instructions to HVO/BLO

The main purpose of House Verification Officers is to collect the house numbers and ward numbers of each and every voter and match it with the Voters List. In older Orders they were named as Booth Level Officers. But Now they are called House Verification Officers. They need a thorough training in identifying the house number and matching it with the Voters List. This Instructions can be used to initiate them for the same.
